Description :

• This 4 part prong die mold set is a simple and useful tool for attaching prong snap buttons to denim, fabric, leather, bags, and garments. Made from strong iron with a smooth finish, this die set includes four dies, each designed to hold a specific part of the prong snap button. It is suitable for hand press machines and manual punching tools, making it easy for both beginners and professionals to use.
• This die mold set comes in three pieces and is designed to fit all four parts of a prong snap button. This Die set includes A, B C, and D.
• Die A is the bottom die that holds the prong cap of the snap button. Available in size 10mm, 11mm and 12mm it gives the cap a steady base during pressing. so the top does not shift or get damaged.
• Die B or C is the upper mold that holds the socket part and stud part so it can press smoothly onto the prong cap and prong post. These two dies, A and B are used together to fix the top half of the prong snap button
• Die D is designed to hold the prong ring. Die C fits the stud tightly so it stays in place during pressing. Die D supports the prong ring and helps it open correctly when pressure is applied. Using Dies C and D together completes the bottom half of the snap button neatly and firmly.
