You can purchase the products both in Retail and Wholesale as well from our website itself by simply selecting the quantity from the “contains” column box and selecting the size and colour and add to cart all the designs you want and place the order without any hesitation. To ensure our product quality, we at Jhonea have an experienced Quality Inspection Team to check all aspects from material to finish goods like the color, shine, diamonds, pin clasps, etc. The product quality is viewed in terms of conformance to specifications and reliability. Only after further inspection the product is then achieved with a process of quality control and quality assurance and is carefully packed with safety so that no serious damage is caused to the products.

PRODUCT DIMENSIONS

Jhonea strives to measure products accurately, we endeavor to keep the information up to date and correct. Jhonea makes every effort to give our customers accurate information and dimensions of our products on size chart which we provide on the last image of each and every product on our website with every possible angle of the products for greater understanding so that the purchaser gets a deeper insight of the products before placing the order. We also mention the product dimensions on the product specification table below the product description. In the case of laces and elastics, if more than a specified yard is purchased, it will be sent in one continuous length unless otherwise stated. Please note the size can vary between 1mm to 3mm (except buttons) and weight can vary between 1gm to 3gms. For exact product dimensions please refer to the size chart provided on the last image of all the products.

COLOUR ACCURACY

Jhonea aims to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible; we do our best to ensure that our product photos stay true to color. However, lighting effects, monitor’s brightness, contrast settings, resolutions, print methods, screen settings, variations of color settings, digital photography, and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screens, etc, can affect how an item is displayed. Due to different shooting lights and monitor displays, the colors will appear differently for everyone, there could be some slight differences in the color tone of the pictures and the actual item. If you have any questions about a particular color or shade, please contact us prior to ordering for clarification.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The product availability information is based on worldwide inventory levels and is provided on individual product pages. The product view displays all of the items that are available at the time of your visit. Any sizes/color that is out of stock will be inactive or will be highlighted in the web store.

Although we make every effort to ensure a continuous supply of our products, occasional circumstances may force us to discontinue or temporarily run out of a product. When this occurs customers will be notified immediately on placement of any orders for such products and, if applicable, items will be put on backorder.
