Return & Refund Policy


In keeping with Jhonea’s goal of ensuring user satisfaction, this return and refund policy (“Return and refund policy”), together with the terms of use, sets out Jhonea procedures and policies in accepting product returns, once a product has been delivered to a user after purchase from the platforms. Any return of products by users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this return and refund policy.

Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of return and refund policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this return and refund policy, you are advised not to accept the terms of use and may forthwith leave and stop using the platform. The terms contained in this return/refund and exchange policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for the purchase of product(s) on the platforms.



Jhonea believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order has been dispatched / shipped at our end.
  • There will not be any cancellation if the order has been dispatched / shipped.
  • If the customer wishes to cancel the order then they can also confirm the cancellation when our executive calls them for order confirmation (only if you are purchasing for the first time on Jhonea), as the order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the marketing team has obtained for special Festival occasions, promotional offers or discounts. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.


How can I cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order until it has not been shipped. There will be 5% cancellation charges applicable as the payment gateway fee is not refunded by payment gateway companies. Orders cannot be cancelled once it's been shipped and the AWB number has been generated.




Jhonea does not accept returns or offers any exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or defective. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the purchased item genuinely has manufacturing damaged/defect in them and if it is not eligible for an exchange only then refund will be initiated. If the damage is done from the customers' end, only after further inspection and through checking it will be either approved or rejected for further refund. In case of any manufacturing defect or any sort of damaged product received, the Return Request should be initiated within 24 Hours from the Delivery Time on which she/he received the delivery of the product. If 24 Hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.




In the event where the product is ‘Damaged/Defective/Broken’ condition, please contact our support team or write us at with details of the product and the defect with pictures within 24 Hours from the delivery time. To return an item, place the items securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address mentioned on the invoice received within 7 days of the delivery date.




Jhonea only exchange/refund the products if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags, labels and bills attached. All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as it was received. Once your return is received in our warehouse and inspected by our inspection team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange/refund will be processed, and in case of refund the amount will be refunded into your Bank Account, within 15 working days.


*Note: You need to provide your Email address when placing the order to get updates and information regarding your order.


Refund/Exchange for purchased products shall not be entertained by JHONEA if:

  • The product has been already used or has been washed;
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the user;
  • The serial number/bar code of the product, as applicable, is already discarded or does not match JHONEA’s records;
  • Disputes registered after 24hrs of Delivery may not be entertained by Jhonea.
