Description :

  • This manual fabric button press machine is a strong and easy-to-use tool designed for clean and accurate button attaching work. It is ideal for tailoring shops, boutiques, bag makers, leather workers, school uniform makers, and DIY users.
  • The solid metal body keeps the machine steady while pressing, and the long handle gives smooth leverage so you can attach buttons with minimum effort. This hand press machine is especially suitable for making fabric-covered buttons.
  • The machine comes with two set of die, Each set includes four individual parts, labelled as Die A, Die B, Die C, and Die D. Each die has a specific role in shaping, holding, and securing the fabric and button components during the pressing process. Die comes in sizes 22L(14mm) and 30L(19mm).
  • Die A fits into the bottom hole of the hand-press machine, and the spring-part Die B is placed above Die A to provide flexible movement and even pressure. Together, Die A and Die B form the lower part of the machine.
  • Die C fits inside Die D to create a small chamber that holds the button cap and fabric securely. To make a fabric-covered button, cover the button cap with fabric and place it inside Die C. Together, Die C and Die D form the upper part of the machine.
  • Once the fabric-covered cap is set, place Die C along with Die D on top of Die B. Then press the machine handle down to fix the fabric button pieces together in one steady motion. This setup prevents slipping, keeps all parts properly aligned, and ensures a neat, professional finish.
  • This press machine works smoothly on many materials, including cotton, denim, canvas, leather, velvet, and synthetic fabrics. It is a practical and essential piece of equipment that is easy to use for clothing manufacturers, tailors, designers, dressmakers, and DIY arts and crafts.

Note:

  • Fabric button shells are not included with this hand press machine.
