Description :

Made from durable iron, the set includes four precision-crafted parts, each designed to hold a specific component of the snap button securely in place during installation.
- Compatible with hand press machines and more, this die mold set ensures clean, secure, and damage-free attachment of snap buttons.

The die set comes with four parts: A, B, C, and D
- Part-A is the bottom die that holds the cap of the snap button. Available in 20mm size, it provides a stable base for the cap during pressing.
- Part-B is the top die that holds the socket. It has shaped to fit the socket perfectly, allowing it to press smoothly onto the cap.
- Parts A and B are used together to attach the top half of the snap button.
- Part-C is the die that holds the stud securely in place, preventing it from moving during pressing.
- Part-D supports the post in the correct position.
- Using Parts C and D together helps you attach the bottom half of the snap button firmly and neatly.
- To use, simply place the cap in Part-A and the socket in Part-B. Press them together using a hand press machine or an electric snap button machine to secure the top half. Then place the post in Part-D and the stud in Part-C, and press again to attach the bottom half. The snap button will be properly installed. The snap button will be properly and securely installed. Each part of the mold is precisely designed to hold the components in place and prevent damage during installation.
