SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and purchasing at www.jhonea.com. All our valued customers need to strictly adhere to the following terms and conditions and shipping policy.

Shipping Charges

1. Get free shipping on purchase of Rs 999/- and above. 

Shipment processing time

All our orders are shipped between Monday to Saturday. All orders are processed within 5 working business days, subject to any force majeure event, government lockdown, or any other event impacting the free movement of goods. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If you order on weekend, i.e. either on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship out on Monday/Tuesday. In case of the high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, however, in a majority of instances, we undertake to make sure you receive a timely shipment of your order. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. It may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

In order to keep a track of all your orders on Jhonea and receive shipping confirmation you can either create an account on Jhonea and get all your order details in your Jhonea account or you can also checkout as guest, but if you do so, then you need to enter your email address in order get your order details or else you will not be able to check your order details or check your order history on Jhonea. Once you place an order on Jhonea you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking details. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. You will receive an automated email/SMS along with your tracking number once the order is shipped.

All Jhonea products are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email/SMS you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking details in your order history panel in your account when you log in to check your estimated delivery date.

Our Jhonea Delivery Executive will contact you before delivery of goods and in the event, if the order is not collected by the customer on delivery, and if your order is Paid then the order shall be deemed to be returned and canceled and the amount shall be refunded after deducting the shipment and other charges. *Shipping cost is non-refundable
