Description :
- This plain elastic is usually used in casings & narrows when stretched. It is great to use in various dress patterns for neck, wrist, sleeve helm, collar, ankle, waistband, & many other casings as it is soft. It tends to overstretch when used in casings, so cut the length shorter than the pattern specifies. Available in 2 different colors black & white classified in a variety of sizes to suit different individual needs.
- Ideal for clothing like track pants, gym wear, skirts, shorts, belts, underpants, boxers, joggers, fancy shirts, legging, jegging, tops & tunics, long gowns, blouse, sari blouse, sari border, lehenga, cholis, pants, harem pants, palazzos, one-piece, denim, jackets, coats, waistcoats, fancy funky suits/blazers, costume garments, undergarments (lingerie), party wear clothing, etc.
- Also used on a belt, headband, armband, bra bands, wristband, decorated on bags & purses, hats, suspenders, home decor, decorative purposes, arts & crafts, outerwear & many more. This elastic narrows & can roll. Do not sew directly to the fabric, as it loses its stretch when inserted needle on it. Works great in casings. Stretches more than the other types of elastic.
- The elasticity is of good quality & is durable too as its braided elastic which is the soft & comfortable elastic type. Will narrow when stretched. Easily washable & easily used on garments by hand/machine. It is suitable for lightweight fabrics.
